in Chemical Engineering. He was an
instructor for one year with the
Vanderbilt faculty. He has been
elected to Tau Beta Pi honorary engi
neering fraternity, Engineering
Who’s Who and Who’s Who in the
South. He has served as chairman of
the Nashville and Western North
Carolina chapters of the American
Institute of Chemical Engineers,
and is currently director and mem
bership chairman of the organiza
tion’s Forest Product Division.
He is a member of the American
Chemical Society and the Ameri
can Society for Quality Control,
and is a former member of the Amer
ican Welding Society and the Amer
ican Society of Metals.

per and Film Group October 29. He
had led the Ecusta Paper Division
since April 1972. Starting with
Ecusta in May 1960 as market an
alyst, he held successive positions
in the two divisions and the group.
