A DISTINCT SECRETARY'S PART
IX THE SUCCESS OF MISSION
WORK.
(Continued from page 8)
Secretary has in the work.
Looking faithfully after the finan
cial condition of each auxiliary is a
Heavy responsibility of the Secre
tary. She must receive reports from
each Treasurer and each Corre
sponding Secretary every quarter;
go over every item with utmost care
to avoid the slightest error; then
all items must be tabulated and re
ports sent promptly to Conference
officers. To make a success of the
work receipts must be sent prompt
ly to each auxiliary Treasurer, for
the business of the mission work
should be dene just as accurately
and systematically as that of the se
cular world. :
The pledge for the District is
niade by the Secretary at each an
nual Conference, and the full pay
ment of the pledge is of vital im
portance to her. No doubt auxil
'aries almcst grow impatient some
toes because of the oft repeated re
West for the pledge to be paid in
full- But the Council looks to the
Conference for the pledge, and the
Conference looks hard at the Dis
tri(t Secretary if she fails in that
fthich she has promised.
Another vital part a Secretary has
mission work is in presenting the
Missionary Voice and the Young
nnstian Worker and obtaining
scribers for each. Through these
nannels the knowledge of our work
f wrkers is largely obtained.
len she should send items of mis
0? nes new plans well tested
found, good and any other in"
restmg facts, to the Church paper
f0r Publication.

WONDERFUL EGG PRODUCER
Any poultry raiser can easily
double his profits by doubling the
egg production of his hens. A scien
tific tonic has been discovered that
revitalizes the flock and makes hens
work all the time. The tonic is
called "More Eggs." Give your hens
a few cents worth of "More Eggs"
and you will be amazed and delight
ed with results. A dollar's worth of
"More Eggs" will double this year's
production of eggs, so if you wish to
try this great profit maker, write E.
J. Reefer, Poultry Expert, 6408 Reef
er Building, Kansas City, Mo., who
will send you a season's supply of
"More Eggs' Tonic for $1.00 (pre
paid.) So confident is Mr. Reefer of
the results that a million dollar bank
guarantees if you are not absolutely
satisfied your dollar will be returned
on request and the "More Eggs"
costs you nothing. Send a dollar
today or ask Mr. Reefer for his free
poultry book that tells the experience
of a man who has made a fortune
out of poultry.
