Gover nor Craig delivered a brilliant address this morning in the Supreme Court presenting the oil, portrait of the late Patrick Henry Winston, which is to l,e given a place 6 the walls of the Supreme Court Library as one of the prominent lawyers of his generation and leader in the commercial and so cial life of the State. A daughter here was Mrs. F S Spruill ,from Rocky Mount; also prof Patrick Henry Winston, of the t niversitv of North Carolina, a grand son There were numerous other rel atives from Franklin; Granville, John ston and other counties, besides the immediate families of the sons and daughter of the honored Winston sire.
