Governor Bickett today declined, the request of Miss Sue White, of suffrage headquar ters at Washington hat he . send a telegram to the governor of Delaware asking that he urge the, legislature of that state to ratify the Susan B. An thony suffrage amendment. Governor Bickett felt that In" view of his recent announcement that ho would ask the special session of the North Carolina legislature, to be held In June,, to ratify the , amendment, he would have his hands filled with the question in this state.
