Blue in this city on January 24, that he would kill the first officer who laid bands oh him, was sworn to by A. A. Lindsey at the coroner's inquest - Into Blue's death. Tlfe inquest, brought in a routine ver dict that Blue came to his death-by gunshot wounds at the hands of Tom Clayton and testimony that would seem to give the state grounds for prosecution for first degree murder when he is brought back from the state prison hospital for trial here.
