THREE A. C. L. FREIGHT WRECKS
(Special to The Star)
KINSTON, April T. Three, freight
f wrecks have ocqurred on the local
Tjranch of the Atlantic Coast Line rail
road during the last few days. Cars
were overturned or derailed in acci
dents near Parmele, Grifton and Has
sell. No person was injur.ed in either
ovreck so far as known here. Railroad
ers are inclined to blame the roadbed
rather than a jirix. The engineers in-J
volved in all three- were among the
most carTul on the road, according to
employes of the road.
