The appeal for passage of this measure was contained in a letter ad iressed to each, member: of the house sy John T. Taylor, vice-chairman of the legion’s-’ legislative, committee which was made public here today. The list includes state labor officials, women experts on industrial questions and industrial propositions and represents more than 50 national organisations of women aotive in business, Industrial, profes-,. slonal and civic affairs. "What women workers mean to in dustry and what industry means to women workers” will be the subject for the first day’s sessions at which Secretary of Labor Davis will be the principal speaker.
