GERMANS REALIZE TIDE IS TURNING Vice President Declares Nazis Know United Na tions Will Win War NEW YORK, Nov. 25.—(Jl—The German people are realizing that the tide is turning, Vice-President Henry A. Wallace said in a mes sage released today in which he also promised that the United Na tions will carry the fight to the enemy. Vice-President Wallace address ed the message to the nineteenth annual convention of Junior Ha dassah, young women’s Zionist Or ganization of America. Kilpatrick, charged with accepting a bribe while serving as/ a juror in a suit against the Carolina Power and Light com pany in Madison county, entered a plea of guilty in superior court here today to a charge of offering to take a bribe.
