Mitchener, of Raleigh, a state vice chairman, will make the opening remarks at the lunch eon program. Each regional chair, man will offer a brief toast, “To Our Past and Our Future.” The valedictory will be by Miss Ger trude Carraway, of New Bern, a state vice chairman, to close the program.
