Evtryone i* invited to "get the feel’ of the Cub, which will make modern farm tractor power available to approximately 3,000, 000 farms having small acreage. “Designed specifically for use by small general farms, industrial workers who divide their time be tween industry and the farm, truck farm operators, orcharaists and arge general farms needing auxi liary units, the Farmall Cub is being introduced into the Farmall tractor line in response to the de sire of the small acreage farmer to compete on a comparable basis with farmers of larger tracts,” is the way it is described. It will plow to three and a half acres per 10 hours; cultivate one to four rows of crops at a rate of better than one acre per hour with a four-cylinder, four-cyole engine which used less than a gallon of fuel an hour, it was reported. It weighs 1,200 pounds and has about 9 and one-quarter horse power on the belt and eight on the drawbar and will cost substanti ally below the Farmall A tractor. If you open your vacation house and find it reeking with mildew, you can use a new colorless liquid, diluted with water, on fabrics or surfaces that would not be injured by soap and water.
