The band members are selling subscriptions for magazines on a commission basis which they , will use to purchase additional : parts for their uniforms. A prize will be awarded the best decorated car in the parade I which is required to carry two advertising posters. Judges will be Lt. Eugene Lacock, band di rector; Sgt. Edison J. Bradwell, and Sgt. Winfred Hobson, mem bers of the ROTC staff. The parade also will be a boost I er for the Community Chest cam j paign to collect $119,996 by No vember 18. The radio station owners were incorporated for $100,000 capital stock, with Frederick Willetts, Sr., Frederick Willetts, Jr., and D. B. Mahoney, all of Wilming ton, as subscribing stockholders V. A. Stefano, W. P. Sutton and M. A. Rooks, all of Wilming ton, incorporated the baseball club at $100,000. The firms were two of the 10 granted incorporation charters today by Eure. Others included Airline dab Co., Kinston, authorized to oper ate a transportation service. C. W. Howard, Jr , Nancy Howard and Sam Jones, all of Kinston, were listed as incorporators. AIRPORT BUILDING TRANSFER APPROVED BY CAA ENGINEER After approving transfer of a Bluethenthal field building from the east to the west side of the airport for use as a temporary administration building, C. A. Miller, Civil Aeronautics ad ministration airways engineer left Wilmington yesterday for in spections at other points. Airport Manager Henry E. Boyd, Jr., in making the an nouncement of Miller’s decision, said that all projects underway at the local field were approved by the CAA representative.
