regular monthly meeting Tuesday

meeting was called to order with
the Vice President presiding. Mrs.
Hubbard led the group in a dis
cussion on. "The Negro in Current
Affairs." She chose a# her subject.

offender- and the transfer cf psy
chiatric s- vices from the Depart
ment of C.,: recti n to the Depart
ment of Mental Hygiene.
