! are many strange interpretations of

Fortunately, however, most
! Americans realize a1 long last the

Spain defenseless against outside
opponents and susceptible to in- '
lernal revolution. And these more
intelligent people through their
representatives in congress, voted
a hundred million dollars to help
Spain get on her feet.
How much of this money do you i
think has gone where you wanted
