Markham, Jr. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Alice Taylor Mason and the late Dr, Mason of this city, and the bride - groom is ion of Dr. and Mrs. William B. Markham, Sr. of Bos ton, Mass. The Reverend E. E, Kirton, rector of the church offi ciated in the ceremony before an altar of white gladioli arrange ments. Prioi to the ceremony a program of nuptial music was pre sented by Mrs. B. Constance O'- Dell, pianist. Miss Jo Ann Owens sang “Because." Bridal Attire Given in marriage by her broth er, Carlyle Mason of this city, tire bride wore a ballerina length I gown of lace and marquisette over ttffeta with short, sleeved moldec bodice and scalloped neckline and short sleeves. She wore lace mits. Her fingertip veil of bridal illusion was fastened to her satin bead gear which was adorned with seeded pearls. Her bridal bouquet consisted of tube roses and was centered with a white purple throated orchid. * Matron of Honor The matron of honor, Mrs. Bar bara Mason Reid, sister of the bride was ..owned in a ballerina length frock of yellow marquisette and lace over taffeta fashioned i like that of the bride. Champuigne toasts were made to the newlyweds. . On one end of the table war the three tiered wedding cake, on the other end was a crystal bowl con taining punch.
