Facing Murder Trial
GREENSBORO —Murph Hub
bard, 46, under indictment for the
murder of his 94-year-oiu father,
George Hubbard, was killed Fri
day night when his car overturned
on Beulah Church Road about 15
miles south of here.
The younger Hubbard was free
on bond after he allegedly kicked
his father last fall causing in-

Police say that, he died instantly
