Illinois. He is the son of the Rev.
Oscar J. Moore and the late Mrs.
Minnie H. Moore of PlUgerald. Os.
He is also the nephew of Dr. and
Mrs. F. D. Moore of Chicago.
A June wedding Is planned.
Miss Spaulding attended Rockford
College in Rockford, Illinois and
was graduated from the University
of Michigan at Ann Arbor. She is
now a graduate student and teach
ing assistant in French at Howard
University.
She is a member of Alpha Kappa
Alpha Sorority.
Miss Spaulding served for two
summers In the Correspondence
Division at The White House and
a third summer st the State Depart
ment on a special student intern
program.
