Nu Chapter was the hostess. The Boule was officially opened on Wednesday night at the Public meeting held In Wayne Center. The Honorable Tom Robinson, mayor of tha city of Goldsboro, extsndsd ths welcome to delegates from all parts of ths country who represented their various chapters.
