lina Congress of Colored Parents
and Teachers, Inc., on Saturday
morning, October 31.
The meeting will be held at
Kittreil Graded School. Kittrell.

The theme of the Conference is
"Dynamic Visions: Open Doors for
Tomorrow." Attorney Malone will
use the theme as a frame of refer
ence and will speak positively on
the subject "School Bond Issues.”
The speaker will be introduced by
Dr. Walter M. Brown, president,
Durham County P. T. A. Council
and Associate Professor of Educa
tion, North Carolina College at
Durham.
Following the address a panel of
interrogators will advance ques
tions on the subject of School Bond
Issues, Mrs. Esther S. McNeill, Su
pervisor, Vance County Schools will
moderate the panel.
A short business session will fol
low the program with Mrs. Mary
W. Gant, president, presiding.
District 111 includes Durham.
Franklin, Granville, Halifax,
Person, Vance, Wake and War
ren Counties. Registration will
begin at 8:45 a. m. and the
meeting Is scheduled to close at
I:SS p. m.
All persons interested in the wel
fare of children and youth are in
