Darity, director of the North Caro lina Fund, as guest speaker. Darity is a leader of the Anti-poverty pro gram in Tarheelia. Kenneth Hall, director of curri culum development for Nash Coun ty Board of Education was listed to explain the role of the County in the presentation of the Adult Edu cation Program now being offered in connection with the anti-poverty effort Mason Thomas of the Nashcombe Economic Development Inc., was to explain the local organization’s role in attempting towaise the liv ing standards of the twin counties citizens to the low-income bracket through education and self-help. Classes meet Monday and Wednesday nights 7-10 o’clock. A course in Drafting is also planned for advanced students.
