shine when 33 -year-old Enid White accompanied a promotion
team on a **Jamaica Hello" tour. The sparkling eyes and capt<-
vating a mile of the pretty miss were described as “just a sample”
of what winter-bound North Americana can find in Jamaica this

Extra hangers from the closet
can be transformed into a kissing
ball.
Your yam basket holds potential
angels and birds to hang on the
Christmas tree.
And burlap, heavy muslin or felt
are possible Christmas wall hang
ings.
How so? The extension housing
and house furnishings specialists
at North Carolina State give this
information:
For the kissing ball, use 12 wire
coat hangers. Bend the handle to
form a spike You may want to
bend sides of the frame into an arc.
Place the 12 straight wires to
gether and lash tightly with string
or picture wire.
Decorate with greenery, balls,
bows and mistletoe.
Hang Christmas bells on spikes
or remove the ball hangers and
slip ball over end of spike for in
terest.
To make a yam angel, follow
these directions:
Wind heavy yarn 40 times over a
5-inch cardboard square. Tie one
end and sltp from cardboard. Tie
again about one inch from first ty
ing for head.
Separate three loops on each side
for arms.
Tie all except arm yarns together
again about three-fourths inch from
