A major ity of the Commissioners re fused to a crept the check ten dered for the purchase neither would they receive the treas urer's receipt of the Boone nnd Wowing Koclt Co , but demanded that all the cash be paid by the purchaser that it might be handed back to the Co's. Treasurer. Proceedings will be immedi ately taken by the first pur chasers against the commis sioners appointed to sell the road, for the possession of the stock bought by thera.
