H was taken to the Baptist Hospita where he underwent an emergenc; operation, and his condition is said t be rapidly improving. He will proba bly be returned to his home here th latter part of this week. Mrs. Frank Williams Entertains Maids and Matrons Club. Mrs. Frank Williams entertained a bridge Tuesday evening, her guest being members of the Maids and Ma trons Club and a number of oth? friends.
