We are proud of the new equip

will help to make our teaching
more effective.

featuring American recipe classics.
Superb of flavor, it'a truly aimpie to make. The dry ingredients
(flour, sugar and spices) have the butter "cut in" ss for s crumb-type
tupping. As step two, combins dslicate uneulphured moiaaan, water
im eoda. Alternate layers of the crumb mixture and the liquid In a
K]uare pan, and the pudding is ready for baking. The deasart can be

moiet gingerbread caka marbled with spicy crumb mixture. Serve '
hot or cola with a favorite fruit aauce.

Sift together flour, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon and aatt. Add butter;
cut with two knivM or pastry blender to resemble coarse meal.
Combine unsulphured molasses, water and sods. Alternate crumbs
and Uquid in a greased 8x8x2 inch square pan, beginning and ending
with crumbs. Stir gently only 2 or 3 times with a fork. Baks in a
moderate oven (350"P.) 1 hour. When ready to serve, bland together
mm chases and milk. Cut c*ks into sqaarsr, place spoonful cresm
:hsiss on top of each square. Top each serving with *uranfs Sauce.
