We offer to our customer a a home pro
tection plan , which gives full protection
to the widow and orphans, in case of t hi
death of the breadwinner of the house.
Under this plan, the mortgage would he
paid in full , leaving the home free and
dear of debt.
We also offer a sick and accident policy
which will pay all the payments each
month for a period up to five years in
case the borrower is disabled.
Our Secretary and Treasurer, Mr. Gragg, will be very hap
py to discuss your savings plan. He will also be glad to dis
cuss your plans for repairing your home. We have helped
hundreds to make repairs and additions to their homes,
such as improved water systems, bathrooms, painting, new
roofs, foundations, interior decorating, and other improve
ments, all of which add to the livabijity of a home. x
We have also helped more people
own their own homes in Watauga
than any other institution. All of
these people have paid less inter
est to us than they would have
paid on many of the long term
loans at a slightly lower rate.
We are a LOCAL INSTITUTION. Thisassod
