A LIBRARY CARD West New York, N. J. ? Florence Jacobs, who is only 2% years old, is probably the youngest owner of a library card. Mayor John P. Armellino made an exception to the rule in her case, and she was issued a library card, which will enable her to pur sue such favorite subjects as rock etry and geography of outer space. Her mother, Mrs. 'Marie Jacobs, said Florence has already read some 60 books through the seventh grade level. Incidentally, she can spell some 300 difficult words.
