teaspoons Sucaryl solution sour cherries
teaspoon salt Yi teaspoon almond extract
Combine tapioca, Sucaryl and salt in saucepan. Drain cherries, i
adding enough water to the juice to make 2Vj cup* liquid. Add to

salmon steaks on greased broiler rack. Sprinkle lightly with salt;

inches from heat Broil 16 minutes, or until easily flaked with a
fork. If desired, garnish with lime or lemon slices. Serve with
?Cucumbcr Sauce. Yield: 4 serving*.
