Geddes Potter left Tuesday for a
cruise on Mr. Conger’s yacht,
“Nellie.” While away the party will
attend the celebration at Roanoke
Island Wednesday.
Miss Marjorie Riley, of Columbia,
S. C., was in town today enroute to
Nags Head, where she will spend
her vacation. Miss Riley is the
guest of Miss Helen Goodwin.
Mrs. A. L. Midyette and her son,
Norfleet, of Swan Quarter, are visit
ing her sister, Mrs. T. J. Hoskins,
Jr., near Edenton.
