I GIRLS AUXILIARY MEETS , The Girls Auxiliary of Merry Hill Baptist Church met Friday evening at the home of Frances and Eunice Keeter. A program on “Unchanging Moral Standards” was presented by Rachel Cowand, Mae Walsor# Mitchell and Audrey Nelle White. Refreshments were served by Mary Alice Keeter. The May meet ing will be held with Susie and Rachel Cowand. MISSIONARY GROUP MEETS The Woman’s Missionary Society of the Methodist Church met Monday afternoon at the church. Mrs. W. W. Byrum called the meeting to or der. The program leader, Mrs. F. O. Muth, had prepared a most inter esting program consisting of Bible readings, prayer and hymns. Mrs. W. C. Moore gave the life story of Dr. Lambeth, missionary and world ; citizen. The minutes of the previous I meeting were read by Mrs. L. C. Burton.
