New Sugar Stamp Good January Ist Sugar ration Stamp No. .1!) will be good January 1 for five pounds of sugar. Ration Stamp No. 38 will be expired on December 31. OPA District Director Theodore S. Johnson says that the latest word on sugar indi cates that it wid be rationed during a large part of 1946. He said that the new sugar Stamp No. 39 will be good until April 30.
