I If you’ve ever done any shooting, you know that lining up the i target in your sights isn’t too hard. C * What is tough is keeping your aim steady until the trigger is squeezed, and the bullet starts for the bull’s-eye. , C Saving money is a lot like that for most of us. It isn’t too j | hard to save a little every once in a while. But to keep our aim l steadily on the target of financial security—to save, regularly, c ? some part of everything we earn—has always been a really i tough job! I Yet today it needn’t be! There’s a new, easy, automatic way c I * to save and to keep on saving until you hit the mark you’re j I shooting for. It’s buying U. S. Savings Bonds on the Payroll } Savings Plan! J ? What’s more, every dollar you put into Savings Bonds does 1 , j jobs. It helps keep your country strong and finan { daily sound. And it makes more money for you —for the $75 1 * you save today will grow to SIOO in just 10 years! , j So keep on buying every bond you can afford. You can get i them at any bank or post office. But the best way to buy is the > steady way—the automatic way —on the Payroll Savings Plan! j me me us/ wAy...m Ymßwmnmenmmu.su/im The Bank of Edenton ] I . “SAFETY FOR SAVINGS SISCE 18Q4" < j MEMBER FEDERAL DEPOSIT ISSURAKCE CORPORATION I l MEMBER FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM * II __ _ a a a .a .a .a .as _ m JP North Carolina, Chowan County.
