WOMAN BEARS 28th CHILD Trafalgar, Ind.—Mrs. Lester Smith, 44, recently gave birth to her 28th child, which was still-born. Sixteen of the 28 are living and 13 are still at home. Mrs. Smith has only one slight regret. She wanted 12 sons and has only 11. The clinics are held each Monday and Friday af ternoons, his offices being located in the Columbia Hotel. Red Men Elect Great Council Representatives Chowan Tribe of Red Men at the meeting Monday night elected rep resentatives to the Great Council meeting which will be held May 19 and 20 in Asheville. The represen tatives elected were Raleigh Hollo well and J. Edwin Bufflap, with Clayton Hollowell and Jack Mooney as alternates.
