For Edenton School

For Colored Schools
In Unit
Edenton’s white schools closed
Friday afternoon of last week and
will not open again until Monday,
January 3, thus providing a two
weeks’ holiday for teachers and
pupils.
Colored schools in the Edenton ad
ministrative unit will have only a
one week’s holiday, closing Wednes
day of this week and resuming class
es Thursday morning, December 30.

hand and wife, Esther Lee Forehand
on February 15, 1947, to John W.
Grahairi, Trustee, said Deed of Trust
