E. H. & Graduating Class of 1949 GHDHS Edenton High School Band Makes Another Big Hit In Concert C. T. Griffin Presents Plaque to Supt. John A. Holmes Edenton’s High School Band won another round of praise Friday night, when a concert was presented in the school auditorium. The num -1 bers on the program were very well executed, so that Director Raymond Williams and members of the band 1 were highly complimented by many , who heard the program. A feature of the concert was the presentation of a plaque by C. T. I Griffin to Superintendent John A. Holmes at intermission. The plaque was won by the band in the recent band festival held in Elizabeth City. The majorettes also on Friday night presented a performance in front of the stage which delighted the audi , ence.
