Basketball Teams
Practice At Chowan
Both boys and girls basketball
1 teams at Chowan High School are go
ing through stiff practice sessions in
preparation for the opening of the
court season, and the teams are shap
ing up well according to coach F. R.
Rawles.
Coach Rawles states that in the
very near future, practice games will
be scheduled with nearby schools,
which will be played before the con
ference games begin.
Prospects appear bright for having
strong-teams at Chowan High School
this year, where games will be played
in the new gymnasium.
