Pioneer efforts for new or more effective services may be discouraged. Must a giver pay has pledge in cash in advance? No. He may pay any time during the year to come, in semi-annual, quarterly or monthly installments. Wage earners usually authorize the collection of their pledges by deduction from their pay envelopes for a specified number of pay-days. May he designate his pledge for a particular agency ?
