PAGE TWO Request Made Far State To Take Over Impassable Road Commissioners Agree to Ask State to Main tain 0 Lane Several Negro men who live on B I-ne, a road leading from the Suffolk highway on the Griffin farm appeared before the County Commissioners Monday in an effort to secure approval to a request for the State to take over the road. At times the road is impassable, so that even a doctor cannot reach the houses to at tend the sick. The Commissioners agreed that the road should be made passable and, therefore, recommended that the State take over the road, which is about a mile long.
