Dawson, missionary of the Chowan Baptist Association, announc es a series of conferences from March 14 to March 17, which will have to do with the work and office of deacons in the churches of the Baptist Associ ation, which is comprised of 59 churches in 11 counties. While the work of deacons will be the subject of discussion under the guidance of well trained leaders, the entire work of the churches will be in volved.
