C., and La Mesa, California. The wedding was solemnized in the bride’s home on North Broad Street with Chaplain Irving of Cherry Point performing the ceremony. Mrs. Roland Vaughan and Lieut.- Col. Quiltie attended the couple, who . will make their home at Cherry Point. Huns Jury Features Superior Court Closing (Continued From Page One) to the verdict of the 11 jurors if no change in the jury’s vote resulted. The attorneys agreed and Judge Carr released the verdict which was that both parties were at fault. The judge, therefore, ordered that the plaintiff pay the court costs. Before court was adjourned Judge Carr also sentenced James Richardson, who earlier in the session entered a plea of guilty of accesory to the fact in the trial of Mrs: Lillie Ward, who performed an abortion on his wife who died shortly thereafter. The judgment was not less than four years nor more than five years in State prison. The sentence was suspended upon condi tion that the defendant be placed on probation for four years and pay the court costs.
