Food Umbrella Aids
Summer Pickniekers
A new gadget has been devised to
aid summer picnickers.
Called a “shoo-fly food umbrella,” it
is designed to protect picnic or out
door dinner tables. The clever food
cover, said to be a perfect foil against
bugs and flies, is 10 inches squar*-.
It fits down over cakes, pies, sand
wiches, and other foods.
Made of gaily colored cotton net re
inforced with wire ribs, the cover folds
up like an umbrella and can be tuck
ed in a picnic basket along with the
lunch.
