around the edges. Mix crumbs and but- B
ter and press firmly in bottom and on
sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Chill until BE
needed. Heat water to boiling. Remove B
from heat and. add gelatin. Stir until HR
gelatin dissolves. Mix in a bowl the P
beaten eggs, sugar, lemon rind, 2 Eg
tablespoons lemon juice and the salt.
Stir in gelatin mixture gradually. Chill H
until mixture just begins to thicken. Put B
ice cold milk into a cold bowl. Whip B
with a cold rotary beater by hand, or K
w ith electric beater at high speed, until |B
fluffy. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Whip until stiff. Fold into gelatin mix- B
ture. Put into crumb crust. Chill until B
firm. Keep chilled until ready to serve I
