Newspaper Group To Meet In Fayetteville Senator Sam Ervin and Judge Susie Sharpe To Speak on Program U. S. Senator Sam J. Ervin, Jr., of | Morganton and Superior Court Judge Susie Sharpe of Reidsville will be sea- j tured speakers at the fall meeting of j the Eastern North Carolina Press As- j sociation in Fayetteville November 5 and 6. The Fayetteville Observer will be host to the group and has planned a tour of the Fort Bragg reservation be ginning at 2 P. M., Friday, November 5. Visiting newspaper folk will be shown among other things new atomic weapons at the Fort. The banquet will he in the Camellia Room of the hotel Friday night with Senator Ervin as the speaker. Mrs. E. P. McCulloch of the Bladen Journal, Elizabethtown, president of the asso . ciation, will preside. j Panel discussions will feature the I Saturday morning session. Henry A.
