SECTION ONE—: Testing Milk Cows | Is About Completed, I)r. Bradshaw Plans to Return to County at Later Date In cooperation with Dr. Bradshaw, Federal veterinarian, the testing of, milk rows in Chowan County was about completed last Week with the exception of those in several beef, herds. Several small herds of beef I cattle have been tested also. Other I beef herds will be tested within the, next two or three months as Dr. Brad- j shaw desires. The rush of peanut picking and har-, vesting of other farm crops at this time makes it very inconvenient foi > beef cattle owners to -rot up their] herds and make necessary preparation , for testing the cattle. Dr, Bradshaw j. will return at a later period when the rush harvest season is over, Chowan cattle owners have given excellent ro-, operation in having their rattle peri-j ned up as notified.
