Edenton Police Made
35 Arrests In July
Chief of Police George 1. Dail
reported to Town Council Tuesday
night that Edenton police made
arrests during July with 2!' found
guilty as charged. Os those ar
rested 19 were white males, one
white female, 12 colored males and
three colored females.
Fines amounted to $395 and costs
$319.25 or a total of $714.25. of
which amount $212.85 was turned ,

cers' fees.

dents, recovered one stolen automo
bile, worked one funeral, reported
