on a charge of manslaughter.
G. R. Holley was fined $25 and

not guilty of operating a motor ve
hicle after his license was revoked.
Prince Albert Snowden was fin-,
ed $25 and costs on a charge of
assault with a deadly weapon and
carrying a concealed weapon. He
was also fined $25 and costs on a
charge of simple assault.
Otis Snowden entered a plea of
guilty to- simple assault and was
fined $25 and costs.
A charge of assault with a dead

was nol prossed, but he was fined

In a civil action Lassell E. Chap
pell vs. Fentress Merrill Lane, Earl
D. Harrell and Earl D. Harrell, Jr.,
the judgment was for Earl D. Har
rell to pay $750 as the result of (
