MISS ANNE HOLLOWELL Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ray Hollowell announce the engagement of their daughter, Anne, to Edward Oscar Smith, son of Mr. , and Mrs. Raymond Wentworth Smith of Tacoma, Washington. The couple plan to be married in late August. Miss Hollowell attended Saint Mary's Junior College in Raleigh and gradu ated in June from the University of South Carolina. She made her debut at the Terpsichorean Ball in Raleigh in 1956. Mr. Smith i» a graduate of the University of Washington in Seattle. He served a tour of duty in the United States Army as a First Lieutenant. M.,'until 11:30 A. M„ each day, Monday through Fri day. These activities will indude ’ baseball, basketball, volley 'ball, horseshoes and touch football. It is hoped that a great deal of interest will be showJi by -this age group and that there will be a large turnout each day. In the afternoon from <1:30 to 3:30 o’clock a program of tenniis, volleyball and horseshoes will be* provided for both boys and girls. Tennis instruction will be pro vided each afternoon. Due to a lack of funds, each participant will provide his own tennis rac ket and tennis balls. It is hop ed that a great deal of interest will be shown in this afternoon program.
