bride is the daughter of Mr.

the son of Mrs. Isaac Halsey, Sr„
and the late Mr. Halsey. After
a wedding trip to western North
Carolina, the couple will lire at
22 Stratford Road in Edenton.

New Manager At
Northeastern Milling
Announcement was made this
week that Marvin Wilson has
been employed as new manager
of the Northeastern. Milling
Company to succeed Robert S.
Marsh.
Mr. Wilson was reared on a
ooultry and livestock farm i -
Northern Georgia and was ac
tive in 4-H Club and FFA work
in high school. He is a gradu
ate of Canton High School and
attended Reinhardt Junior Col
lege at Waleska, Ga., as well as
Abraham - Baldwin Agricultural
College at Tifton, Ga., and holds
j a BS degree in agriculture from
I the University of Georgia at
I Athens.
j He served two years in the
i U. S. Army at Fort Knox, Ky..
! and Hanan. Germany, after
I which he worked as farm su
pervisor for a large hatchery in
Empire, Ala. He later worked
as a line foreman in a poultry
processing plant for the Ten
nessee Egg Company, from
where he went to work for
I Fair-Acre Feeds. Roanoke, Va.,
|as a farm service agent. For
1 the past year he has worked as
] a district sales manager for Fair-
I Acre feeds with headquarters in
I Wilson.
1 M. Wilson is married and has
a son 18 months old, and the
family is living at 26 Hawthorne
Road. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson will
attend the Methodist Church.
