Following a delightful coffee hour the president, Ruth Hoyle, opened a brief business session at which time the resignation of Mrs. Phoebe Owens as Secre tary of the Chapter was accept ed, and Mrs. Margaret Maston was elected to serve the unex pired term as Secretary to the Chapter. Mrs. Owens’ resignation came because she has accepted a Fel lowship in Library Science from East Carolina College, at Green ville.
