a Splendid Work Done • By State’s HD dubs By H. B. JAMES Dun of Agriculture N. C. State College We have reason to be proud . of the work being done by the v Home Demonstration Orgamiza , tion. The dubs have increased . in stature and in the contribu tion they are making to the - rural women of America. I would personally like to com mend the leaders and the club women of our nation, and of our state, as they celebrate National Home Demonstration Week. Realizing that the home is the center- of life it is important in deed that our homemakers be well informed so that their, in fluence will be felt not only in the home itself but throughout the nation and the world. The influence of home demonstra tion women is far-reaching and is felt in all civic, social, religi ous and educational groups. I am confident that the co-l ' operation and progress of the I ► Women of our state, and of our l nation, will continue.
