Hines Speaks At Auxiliary Meeting Richard Hines, superintendent of the Edenton Electric & Water Department, was the speaker at the Chowan Hospital Auxiliary meeting last week. Mr. Hines presented a very interesting and informative ad dress on water and sewer im provements as well as sewage disposal.
