than the 1960 allocation.

fact that a new municipality

for the first time. The Powell
tut statute calls for the use of

Twenty-two Darlington oaks
are to be planted (11 on each
side of the Green) and these
trees may be given, if desired, in
memory or honor of a person.
Each tree will be 15 feet tall
and costs S4O. The .Darlington
oaks have been used at Tyron
Palace and will be very desir
able on the green, Mrs. Hollo
well said.

contribution or donate a. tree is
asked to contact either Mrs. Hol
